What is Golf in Society?
Golf in Society are a social enterprise that design and deliver weekly tailored golf sessions for people facing challenges later in life such as dementia, Parkinson’s, loneliness, depression, frailty, hospital rehabilitation and stroke recovery.
Do I need Golf experience?
No! No golf experience necessary.
I’d like to book a taster session, how do I do that?
Once you have found the venue you would like to attend, simply fill in the short booking form on our website and one of our friendly team will get in touch within 48hours.
Will Golf in Society come to my residential care home?
Yes! We provide care home golf services.
How long do sessions last for?
Weekly golf sessions last for 2 hours
Are caregivers required to attend?
Nope! Caregivers are not required to attend, but are most welcome to stay and enjoy the wonderful facilities that our venues have to offer.
How much does it cost?
Our weekly golf sessions at your local golf club start at £10 per hour
Can you take part if you are in a wheelchair?
Yes! We tailor our golf sessions to each individuals needs.

Do you provide transport?
No, we don’t currently provide transport, but we may be able to help you find discounted transport depending on your venue and location.
I’m a local GP who would like to refer one of my patients, how can I do that?
The easiest way to make a referral is to fill in the short contact form here, one of our friendly team will then contact the patient to organise a Free taster session.
I’ve filled in the booking form but nobody has been in contact with me, what should I do?
